PROCEEDINGS – VILLAGE OF MEAD PLANNING COMMISSION

SPECIAL MEETING

January 30, 2024

A Special Meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Mead, NE was held January 30, 2024 at the Mead Community Building.  Chairman Durnal called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.

Answering Roll call were Chairman Levi Durnal: Members: James Hannan, Robert Morin, and Andrew Jackson. Absent were James Halbmaier and Wyatt Swartz. Guests were Board of Trustees William Thorson, Jason Felty, and Daniel Simon, Clerk June Moline, Mason Herrman and Keith Marvin.

Durnal noted the posting of the Open Meetings Law placed on the table by the door.

Motion by Hannan, second by Morin to adopt the agenda. All members present approved.

Discussion was held on the Zoning Regulations.

Motion by Morin, second by Jackson, to adjourn at 7:20 p.m. All members present approved.
