VILLAGE OF MEAD – PLANNING COMMISSION

MEETING MINUTES – April 12, 2023

Mead, Community Building, 220 E Forth St.

The Village of Mead Planning Commission met Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 5:30 pm. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Levi Durnal with roll call. Present were Levi Durnal, Robert Morin, Connie Schliffke, and James Hannan. Members not in attendance were Wyatt Swartz, and Jim Halbmaier. Also present were Clerk June Moline, Jason Lee, Daniel Simon, Jr. and Richard Wielage.

Chairman states: “The Village of Mead makes available at least one current copy of the Open Meetings Act posted in the meeting room at a location accessible to members of the public. The Act is posted in the front entry of the Community Building.”

Connie motioned, and James seconded the motion to approve the agenda. All members present agreed.

UNSCHEDULED GUESTS: Andy Jackson.

NEW BUSINESS

In a public forum, Mason Herrman from Marvin Planning and Consultants discussed the village comprehensive plan and asked for input on topics that may be of interest or concern as the plan is developed.

At 6:17 pm the Chair called for adjournment. Connie motioned, and James seconded. All members present agreed.
