VILLAGE OF MEAD – PLANNING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING MINUTES – NOVEMBER 27, 2023
Mead Village Office, 312 S. Vine St.

The Village of Mead Planning Commission met Monday, November 27, 2023, at 6:40 pm. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Levi Durnal with roll call. Present were Levi Durnal, Robert Morin and Andrew Jackson. Members not in attendance were James Halbmaier, James Hannan and Wyatt Swartz.

Chairman states: “The Village of Mead makes available at least one current copy of the Open Meetings Act posted in the meeting room at a location accessible to members of the public. The Act is posted in the front entry of the Village Office.”

Robert Morin motioned, and Andrew Jackson seconded the motion to approve the agenda. All members present agreed.

Levi Durnal motioned and Robert Morin seconded the motion to approve the minutes of the September 25, 2023 regular meeting and public hearing. All members present agreed.

The following Building Permits were approved: 23-16, Jeff Barris, 410 S. Oak St. to install a 4′ chain-link fence and 23-17, Greg and Laura Clark, 421 S. Cedar St. to erect a garage.

SCHEDULED GUESTS: No Scheduled Guests.

NEW BUSINESS: No New Business.

At 7:01 pm the Chair called for adjournment. Andrew Jackson motioned, and Robert Morin seconded. All members present agreed.
