Present were Jody Weible, Melissa Konecky, Rick Miller, Connie Schliffke and Jennie Grasiani. Steve Kadavy and Levi Durnal were absent.
Rick motioned and Connie seconded, that we adopt the agenda and approve the minutes from the March 23, 2015 regular meeting. All agreed.
We did not have an application for the privacy fence for Seamann’s.
Jennie, Levi and Steve will continue with their terms on the Planning Commission.
We addressed the unfinished business of reviewing the comprehensive plan zoning regulations. Rick mentioned, and we all agreed that 11-305 C1 should be consistent with 11-306 B1, that sidewalls of garages not to exceed 13 ft. in height. We feel that 11-306 D3 should be deleted due to outdated figures and that no septic tanks are allowed in residential zoning.
At 8:20 Jennie motioned to adjourn the meeting. Rick seconded and all approved.
