Village of Mead Planning Commission meeting

March 26th, 2018

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.  Present were Jody Weible, Connie Schliiffke, Rick Miller, Levi Durnal, Wyatt Swartz, Jim Halbmaier, Matt Bratsburg and Melissa Konecky.  Guests were Scott Selko, Terrill Brabec and Tyler Bukaske.  The agenda was approved.  Rick motioned, and Connie seconded, that we approve the minutes from the February 26th, 2018 meetings with one correction.  At the beginning of the third to the last paragraph, “John” should read “Josh.”  All agreed.

Scott and Dalene Selko submitted a building application for a house with attached garage and a wooden fence at Mead Public Schools subdivision 2.  Levi motioned, and Rick seconded, that we approve the permit application.  All agreed.

Tyler Bukaske (New Horizons Properties) submitted a building permit application for a duplex that does not meet setbacks.  After being approved by the Village Board, Connie motioned, and Jim seconded, that we approve the permit application.  All agreed.

At 7:50 p.m., Melissa motioned, and Connie seconded, that we adjourn the meeting.  All agreed.
