At 8:06 p.m. we began the public hearing with a roll call vote. Matt motioned, and Melissa seconded, that we approve the agenda. All agreed. The public hearing was to hear pros and cons of rezoning Audra Wirth’s property at 416 S. Vine Street from B-2 to R-2. There is R-2 zoning adjacent to the Wirth property. If she ever sells her property, it would be more difficult for prospective buyers to finance their loan through Freddie Mack or Freddie May if it were rated B-2. There was no public input. Levi motioned, and Matt seconded, that we recommend the rezoning requested. All agreed.
At 8:15 p.m., Matt motioned, and Levi seconded, that we adjourn the public hearing and return to regular session. All agreed.
The permit to construct a water treatment building and fence , and the permit for the R & K Country Store to erect an overhand on their building were approved by the Board of Trustees.
John Girmus submitted a building permit application for two storage sheds. Matt motioned, and Levi seconded, that we approve the permit. All agreed.
There was a discussion of water drainage coming from the Girmus property to another property.
At 8:37 p.m., Matt motioned, and Levi seconded, that we adjourn the meeting. All agreed.
