Planning Commission Regular Meeting 25-JUN-18
Village of Mead Planning Commission meeting
June 25th, 2018
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. with a roll call vote. Present were Jody Weible, Rick Miller, Connie Schliffke, Levi Durnal, Matt Bratsburg, Jim Halbmaier and Melissa Konecky. Wyatt Swartz was absent. We approved the agenda and the minutes from the May 21st meeting.
We elected officers. Connie nominated Melissa for the position of secretary, and after hesitating and saying she could not be chair or vice-chair, Melissa agreed. Melissa nominated Jody for the position of chair and Jody agreed to remain as chair. After Matt nominated Levi for the position of vice-chair, Levi agreed to remain as vice-chair. Connie motioned, and Rick seconded, that we elect these officers. All agreed.
Lee Daniels submitted a building permit application for a vinyl chain link fence. Rick motioned, and Jim seconded, that we approve this permit. All agreed.
Scott and Veronica Subbert submitted a building permit application for a 5’ wire fence around their pool. Rick motioned, and Jim seconded, that we approve this permit. All agreed.
Perry Storm submitted a building permit application for two decks and steps. Levi motioned, and Connie seconded, that we approve this permit. Mr. Storm will have to pay a fine since this work was started June 4th. before this permit was issued.
At 8:10 p.m., Connie motioned, and Rick seconded, that we adjourn. All agreed.
