Village of Mead Planning Commission meeting of October 24th, 2016

 

The Village of Mead Planning Commission met Monday, October 24th, 2016.  Present were Rick Miller, Levi Durnal, Matt Bratsburg, Jim Halbmeier, Wyatt Swartz and Melissa Konecky.  Connie Schliffke and Jody Weible were absent.  Melissa motioned, and Jim seconded, that we adopt the agenda as printed. All agreed.  Jim motioned, and Rick seconded, that we approve the minutes from the previous meeting. All agreed.  We proceeded directly to the public hearing.

 

Although Jim motioned, and Matt seconded that we approve the change of chapter 11, article 3, section 11-306, D., 5 to say Two family: Five thousand (5,000) square feet per dwelling unit, and all agreed, we had too many questions about the rest of the changes and could not continue the public hearing.

 

At 8:00 p.m., the regular meeting was convened.

 

We were unable to act on Brooke Lamprecht’s demolition permit application since it had not been received.

 

Jeff and Jennifer Getzschman submitted a building permit application for a chain-link fence on their suburban residential property.  Wyatt motioned, and Jim seconded, that we approve the permit.  All agreed.

 

Bryce Anderson submitted a demolition permit application to remove a storage shed at Andy’s Trailer Park.  Melissa motioned, and Matt seconded, that we approve the permit.  All agreed.

 

Bryce Anderson submitted a building permit application to erect a wood storage shed at Andy’s Trailer Park.  We had to table the permit application pending obtaining the size and exact placement of the storage shed.

 

At 8:35 p.m., Wyatt motioned, and Jim seconded, that we adjourn.  All agreed.
