We adopted the agenda.  Matt motioned, and Connie seconded, that we approve the minutes from the last meeting.  All agreed.

Adam Miller submitted a building permit application for a 30’ x 50’ garage.  His house ‘s footprint is 80’ x 35’.  Connie motioned, and Matt seconded, that we approve the permit.  All agreed.

Charmaine Payne submitted a demolition permit application to demolish a garage in Joyce Circle.  Wyatt motioned, and Melissa seconded, that we approve the permit.  All agreed.

Irvie Hook was on the agenda for a demolition permit but had not submitted the application.

Jim Halbmaier, Rick Miller and Jody Weible have terms expiring in May.  They were all reappointed.

American Marksman, a company that fixes defective weapons and bullets, wants to purchase the former ABC building.  Planning Commission members (including a fireman) said that even a few hundred pounds of gunpowder (which will be stored in a bunker) in a worst-case scenario would not cause a problem for the Village of Mead.  There could be 30 to 40 jobs within a year.

At 8:05 p.m., Melissa motioned, and Connie seconded, that we adjourn.  All agreed.

Melissa Konecky, Recorder
