Village of Mead Planning Commission Meeting
Monday March 23, 2020

The Village of Mead Planning Commission met Monday, March 23rd, 2020 at 7:45 PM. The meeting was called to order by President Rick Miller with roll call. Present were Levi Durnal, Jim Halbmaier and Rick Miller. Robert Morin attended via telephone. Members not in attendance: Connie Schliffke, Mathew Bratsburg, and Wyatt Swartz

Chair states: “The Village of Mead makes available at least one current copy of the Open Meetings Act posted in the meeting room at a location accessible to members of the public. The Act is posted in the front entry of the Village Office.”

Levi motioned and Jim seconded the motion to approve agenda. All agreed. Levi motioned and Jim seconded, to approve the minutes of the February 24, 2020 meeting.

Scheduled Guests: Mark and Lora Koelmel were not in attendance.

No Unscheduled Guests were in attendance

The Chair opened discussion of Old Business. Reviewed information pertaining to the amendment to the zoning regulations approved by the Board of Trustees at their March 10, 2020 meeting. No additional input was received.

The Chair opened discussion of New Business. Reviewed a Demolition Permit to destroy a garage by Shana Subbert at 126 Joyce Circle.  The application was passed without dissent.

No application for a Building Permit to construct a wooden fence by Anthony Gartner at 318 E First Street.

At 7:55 the chair called for adjournment. Levi motioned and Jim seconded. All agreed.
