VILLAGE OF MEAD – PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES – November 22,2021

The Village of Mead Planning Commission met Monday, November 22,2021, at 6:30 pm. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Levi Durnal with roll call.  Present were Levi Durnal, Robert Morin, James Hannan, Connie Schliffke, Jim Halbmaier and Wyatt Swartz.

Chairman states: “The Village of Mead makes available at least one current copy of the Open Meetings Act posted in the meeting room at a location accessible to members of the public. The Act is posted in the front entry of the Community Building.”

Jim motioned, and Wyatt seconded the motion to approve the agenda.  All members present agreed.

Wyatt motioned, and Jim seconded to approve the October 25, 2021, meeting minutes.  All members present agreed.

UNSCHEDULED GUESTS IN ATTENDANCE: No Unscheduled Guests.

NEW BUSINESS: No New Business.

At 7:05, the Chair called for an adjournment.  Wyatt motioned, and Connie seconded.  All members present agreed.
