Thant you Marilyn Jensen, for the care you take in maintaining the median at the north entrance into Mead. The plants and flowers are beautiful!

A Girl Scout Junior is working on completing her Bronze Award project. The bronze award is a service project that is meant to last. For her service project she is planning to build a free little library at the Mead Park. The library will be filled with books for all ages. The library will be on display for your use at the Mead Park in the near future.

She is looking for books for all ages. Please place them in the book donation box. Financial support or supplies may be made by contacting 402-641-1849 or Mariposo2@yahoo.com. There is currently a donation box at the Mead Village Office.

We hope our residents and friends will take advantage of this opportunity. It is a way to help her meet her Girl Scout goals.
