Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes

Tuesday, March 1, 2022

1. Meeting was called to order by Jennifer Lee at 5:20pm.  Open Meetings Act poster was pointed out on the west wall of the back room.
2. Roll Call:
   1. Members Present-Mayfield, King, Lee
   2. Member Absent- Hickman, Grasiani
   3. Also Present-Library Director-Laurie Van Ackeren
3. No Guests or Public Items to discuss
4. Business Items
   1. Board members will attend the next Village Board meeting to request clarification on some questions.
5. Director’s Report
   1. Mardi Gras Party 19 kids attended
   2. Budget and circulation stats look good
   3. Computers-Children have been stealing purchased items from other kids’ game accounts. In the future, kids must have a library card and signed parent permission to use the computers.  Our policy for computer use will be reviewed at our next meeting.
